Huilarome was founded more than 20 years ago in a laboratory that bears the same name, Huilarome Lab, which is certified Good Manufacturing Practices GMP ISO 22716 and meets the strict standards and requirements of organic cosmetics.
The production is spread over an area of 970m2 and respects the rules of hygiene and manufacturing international GMP and uses sophisticated equipment to ensure an intrinsic quality of manufacturing processes.
In spite of its modern equipment, the lab voluntarily opts for manufacturing choices that favor manual, artisanal and semi-industrial processes with a view to enhancing the value of the workforce, preserving the active ingredients and fighting against the waste of energy and resources.
The formulations are framed by a minimalist philosophy and do not contain any excess ingredients: texturizing agent, cover-up or volume surplus.
An internal control unit ensures all the necessary analyses to guarantee an irreproachable level of quality of the inputs, packaging items and finished product. Several collaboration agreements with other control and analysis companies have been set up in order to strengthen the quality approach and ensure a flawless approach in perpetual improvement.
The entire huilarome lab team is highly qualified. They follow continuous training and qualification programs throughout the year. Chemists, aromatherapists and quality controllers ensure the smooth running of the laboratory on a daily basis.
